Job Title: Human Resources Analyst (Banking / Financial Services)

Job Description: As a Human Resources Analyst within a banking or financial services organization, you will be responsible for supporting HR analytics, operations, and reporting — providing data-driven insights that support talent management, workforce planning, and HR strategy decisions. You will bring experience in HR analytics, operations, or reporting — ideally within banking or financial services — to maintain, collate, and record all relevant HR information and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HR analytics, operations, and reporting — providing data-driven insights for talent management and workforce planning
  • Keep track, collate, and record all relevant HR information in a systematic and audit-ready manner
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics reports, and workforce data frameworks for management reporting
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on HR data analysis and people strategy insights
  • Support HR operations processes including headcount tracking, attrition analysis, and compensation analytics
  • Ensure HR data accuracy and integrity across HRIS systems and HR reporting frameworks
  • Produce regular HR analytics reports and strategic recommendations for leadership and Boards
  • Stay current on HR analytics methodologies and people data best practices in banking and financial services

Qualifications Needed:

  • Experience in HR analytics, operations, or reporting — ideally in banking or financial services — required
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, HRIS platforms, and HR data analysis tools
  • Understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics, and people data governance in regulated financial services
  • Excellent attention to detail for HR record management and data quality
  • Strong communication skills for HR analytics reporting and stakeholder engagement
  • Relevant HR or analytics qualification preferred
