Job Description: As Head of Sales for a leading fintech and payments firm in Saudi Arabia, you will unlock your potential through strategic vision and leadership to drive sales growth and foster key relationships in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. You will be at the forefront of transforming the payment infrastructure for e-commerce and financial institutions across the Kingdom — applying significant sales leadership experience to a high-impact commercial mandate.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and foster key relationships in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving digital payments landscape
  • Be at the forefront of transforming the payment infrastructure for e-commerce and financial institutions across the Kingdom
  • Define and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and market expansion across Saudi Arabia
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales team — setting targets, coaching members, and driving commercial results
  • Analyze Saudi Arabia market trends to identify new revenue opportunities in payments and e-commerce fintech
  • Manage complex B2B fintech sales cycles with banks, e-commerce platforms, and financial institution clients
  • Monitor SAMA regulatory developments and competitive dynamics in the Saudi payments market
  • Report on commercial performance and strategic market insights to executive leadership and Board

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven Head of Sales experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce financial services in Saudi Arabia
  • Strategic vision and leadership to drive sales growth in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving digital payments landscape
  • Deep understanding of Saudi payment infrastructure, SAMA regulatory environment, and Vision 2030 digital economy
  • Excellent commercial leadership, relationship-building, and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Arabic language skills essential for Saudi Arabia banking and e-commerce partner engagement
