Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing – FinTech

Job Description: Seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in a FinTech environment. The role leads all performance marketing functions, building and executing data-driven strategies to grow the fintech platform’s user base across the UAE and region.

Responsibilities:*

• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in a FinTech environment
• Design and execute performance marketing strategies across digital paid channels
• Own performance marketing KPIs including CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention metrics
• Build and manage performance marketing teams and external agency relationships
• Lead A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and marketing funnel improvement
• Oversee all paid digital channels including search, social, programmatic, and app install campaigns
• Partner with Product, Compliance, and Commercial teams to align marketing with business objectives
• Monitor competitive landscape and market trends in the UAE fintech marketing space

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant experience as Head of Performance Marketing or senior marketing leader in a FinTech company
• Proven track record driving scalable customer acquisition in a regulated fintech environment
• Strong hands-on expertise in paid digital marketing across Meta, Google, programmatic, and app marketing platforms
• Data-driven analytical approach with strong attribution and measurement skills
• Experience managing large performance marketing budgets and agency relationships
• Understanding of UAE marketing regulatory requirements for financial services preferred
