Job Title: Digital Acquisition & Performance Marketing Lead

Job Description: As a Digital Acquisition and Performance Marketing Lead at a UAE bank, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing the bank’s digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion. You will develop integrated digital marketing initiatives across owned and paid channels — ensuring that the bank’s digital presence and performance marketing efforts deliver measurable business impact across retail and B2B segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize the bank’s digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion
  • Develop integrated digital marketing initiatives across owned and paid channels for measurable business impact
  • Manage digital performance marketing across paid search (SEM), display, social, retargeting, programmatic, and SEO/organic strategies
  • Manage digital media agencies and work across multi-channel digital media campaigns
  • Apply solid understanding of web technologies, analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), tag management, and martech platforms
  • Drive customer acquisition strategies across both retail (B2C) and B2B banking segments
  • Use CRM-based marketing and customer lifecycle strategies to enhance digital engagement and retention
  • Produce digital marketing performance reporting and data-driven strategic recommendations for leadership

Qualifications Needed:

  • Minimum 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital acquisition, or performance marketing — preferably within banking, fintech, or financial services
  • Strong expertise across paid search (SEM), display, social, retargeting, programmatic, and SEO/organic channels
  • Experience managing digital media agencies and multi-channel digital media campaigns
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, tag management, and martech platforms
  • Knowledge of CRM-based marketing and customer lifecycle acquisition strategies
  • Arabic language skills preferred for UAE banking digital marketing engagement
