Job Title: Head of Performance Marketing – FinTech

Job Description: Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in a FinTech environment. Lead performance marketing strategy across digital channels to scale the platform’s user base.

Responsibilities:*

  • Lead and own the full performance marketing function for a FinTech company
  • Drive customer acquisition campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic channels
  • Build and optimise conversion funnels to maximise LTV and minimise CAC
  • Set and manage performance KPIs, reporting directly to senior leadership
  • Oversee A/B testing frameworks, attribution models, and analytics dashboards
  • Manage media budgets and agency/vendor relationships
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to align growth strategies

Qualifications Needed:

  • Proven track record in performance marketing within a FinTech or high-growth digital environment
  • Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics and attribution tools
  • Experience managing significant digital advertising budgets
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
