Job Title: Head of Payments

Job Description: As Head of Payments for a fintech company operating in the iGaming and digital commerce sector, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the payments strategy — applying 3+ years of payments management experience, preferably within the fintech or iGaming industry, to lead a high-performing payments function that delivers competitive, reliable payment infrastructure for a fast-growing regulated platform.

Responsibilities:

• Shape and execute the payments strategy for a fintech company operating in the iGaming and digital commerce sector
• Apply 3+ years of payments management experience — preferably within the fintech or iGaming industry — to lead the payments function
• Apply expertise in payment systems, gateways, and transaction processing to optimize the full payment infrastructure
• Apply strong data analysis skills to monitor trends and make data-driven improvements to payment processes
• Apply strong leadership and decision-making skills to manage the payments team and PSP relationships
• Manage banking relationships, PSP negotiations, and payment channel optimization across target markets
• Ensure all payment operations comply with applicable financial regulations for the iGaming and payments sector
• Drive continuous payment performance improvement — reducing failure rates, improving approval rates, and minimizing costs

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of experience in payments management, preferably within the fintech or iGaming industry — required
• Expertise in payment systems, gateways, and transaction processing for fintech and iGaming environments
• Strong data analysis skills for payment trend monitoring and data-driven process improvement
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills for payments team and PSP management
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for payments in fintech and iGaming sectors
• Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE and MENA payments partner engagement
