Job Title: Head of Corporate Finance

Job Description: The Head of Corporate Finance will own the Group’s capital markets strategy, M&A pipeline, and financial partnership frameworks — working directly with Group executive leadership to drive the financial strategy underpinning MultiBank’s global growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead MultiBank Group’s corporate finance function — managing capital structure, funding strategy, and financial partnerships
• Drive M&A evaluation and execution — leading due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and post-merger integration planning
• Manage investor relations and strategic financial partnerships including banking relationships, fund relationships, and institutional investor engagement
• Develop and maintain financial models for M&A transactions, investment cases, and strategic planning
• Support the Group CEO and CFO on capital markets transactions, equity raises, and debt financing activities
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Operations on transactional due diligence and deal execution
• Monitor the competitive M&A landscape in fintech and online trading — identifying acquisition targets and strategic partnership opportunities
• Produce Board-level financial analysis and strategic recommendations

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A experience with significant dealmaking track record
• Proven experience executing M&A transactions in fintech, financial services, or technology
• Deep financial modelling, valuation, and deal structuring expertise
• Experience managing investor relations and capital markets transactions
• Strong understanding of the global fintech and online trading landscape
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
