Job Title: Governance Manager

Job Description: As a Governance Manager, you will act as the focal point for governance at a leading Saudi fintech platform, maintaining committee structures, policies, regulatory-obligation mappings, evidence packs, decision records, and SAMA-response workflows while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Risk, senior management, and business teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and continuously improve governance frameworks, committee charters, RACIs, and escalation paths
• Coordinate governance materials and approvals for senior management, boards, and committees
• Own the end-to-end policy governance and approval framework
• Maintain policy inventories, ownership records, review dates, approvals, and audit trails
• Map SAMA obligations to policies, controls, procedures, and supporting evidence
• Prepare retrievable evidence packs for regulatory visits and information requests
• Coordinate internal review and approval of responses to SAMA requests
• Track regulatory commitments, submissions, assessments, and remediation deadlines

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in corporate governance, compliance, risk, legal, or regulated financial services
• Working knowledge of SAMA requirements and governance expectations
• Ability to manage policies, committees, minutes, decisions, and action logs
• Strong document-control, evidence-management, and regulatory-response skills
• Clear communication with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Detail-oriented judgement and ability to work in a fast-moving fintech environment
