Job Title: Global Head of Talent Acquisition (Fintech / Trading)

Job Description: As Global Head of Talent Acquisition for a globally operating fintech and trading company, you will be responsible for designing and executing a global talent acquisition strategy that meets both immediate and long-term business needs across Southeast Asia, South Asia, and EMEA. You will lead and empower regional TA teams, serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO and senior business leaders, and position the organization as the destination for top global talent in fintech and trading — building the employer brand and hiring frameworks that support speed, diversity, and quality at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a global talent acquisition strategy that meets both immediate and long-term business needs across SEA, South Asia, and EMEA
• Lead and empower regional TA teams across multiple geographies to deliver hiring excellence at scale
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO and senior business leaders — translating market insights into actionable recruitment strategies
• Build hiring frameworks that support speed, diversity, and quality across all global markets
• Lead the evolution of the global employer brand to position the organization as the destination for top global fintech and trading talent
• Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and senior business leaders to align hiring goals with organizational priorities
• Build scalable global TA infrastructure and manage large, diverse talent acquisition teams
• Experience in proprietary trading, fintech, hedge funds, or high-growth technology environments strongly preferred

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven success building scalable global TA infrastructures and managing large, diverse talent acquisition teams
• Experience in proprietary trading, fintech, hedge funds, or high-growth technology environments — strongly preferred
• Strong command of technical, trading, and quantitative talent markets
• Excellent leadership, strategic advisory, and senior stakeholder management skills
• Track record designing global employer brand strategies and talent acquisition frameworks
• Strong organizational and cross-regional management skills for leading distributed TA teams
