Job Title: Fund Administration Officer

Job Description: As a Fund Administration Officer at a globally leading Wealthtech and B2B fund distribution platform with a Dubai presence, you will apply at least 5–7 years of relevant experience in the investment fund industry — ensuring timely communication with investors and having an understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting. You will support the evolution of the digital ecosystem covering the entire fund administration lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Apply at least 5–7 years of relevant experience in the investment fund industry to fund administration
• Ensure timely communication with investors of the funds under administration
• Apply understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting to day-to-day fund administration activities
• Support the evolution of the digital ecosystem that covers the entire fund administration lifecycle
• Process fund subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and distributions accurately and on time
• Reconcile fund positions, cash, and investor records with custodians and prime brokers
• Produce investor statements, fund NAV reports, and regulatory fund administration documentation
• Coordinate with external auditors, transfer agents, and regulatory advisors on fund compliance

Qualifications Needed:

• At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in the investment fund industry — required
• Understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting — required
• Strong fund administration skills — subscriptions, redemptions, NAV, and investor communications
• Experience in a digital fund administration ecosystem preferred
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills for accurate, timely fund administration delivery
• Relevant accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) preferred
