Job Title: Senior Corporate Services Administrator
Job Description: The Senior Corporate Services Administrator handles day-to-day entity management, drafts board and shareholder resolutions, maintains governance registers, and mentors junior team members — with structured exposure to regulatory filing coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions including incorporations, governance events, and dissolutions
- Draft board and shareholder resolutions and handle statutory filings across relevant jurisdictions
- Monitor QCore governance platform for upcoming company deadlines and maintain data integrity
- Update tasks on Asana and maintain coordination with junior Corporate Services Administrators
- Maintain and update tracker spreadsheets including Invoice Tracker, Budgets, and LEI registers
- Mentor junior team members and ensure quality and consistency of governance documentation outputs
- Contribute to regulatory projects where corporate secretarial input is required
- Attend select Regulatory team sessions for cross-functional collaboration and learning
Qualifications Needed:
- Experience in corporate secretarial, legal entity management, or company administration roles across multiple jurisdictions
- Familiarity with governance documentation including board/shareholder resolutions and statutory filings
- Proficiency in governance platforms (e.g., QCore) and project management tools (e.g., Asana)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple entity deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to mentor junior team members and maintain high output quality
- Professional qualifications preferred or in progress (CGI, paralegal, or compliance certifications)
