Fintech Training & Development Manager
Job Description
We are searching for a dedicated Training & Development Manager to design and deliver learning programs that upskill employees across fintech functions. This role ensures staff are equipped with the technical and regulatory knowledge to succeed.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for fintech staff.

Develop e-learning modules, workshops, and certification paths.

Collaborate with leadership to identify skills gaps.

Ensure compliance training aligns with regulations.

Monitor training effectiveness and adoption.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or Business.

5+ years of L&D experience, ideally in financial services or tech.

Knowledge of fintech compliance and technical topics.

Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.

Excellent communication and project management abilities.
