Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Training & Development Manager to design and deliver learning programs that upskill employees across fintech functions. This role ensures staff are equipped with the technical and regulatory knowledge to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs for fintech staff.

  • Develop e-learning modules, workshops, and certification paths.

  • Collaborate with leadership to identify skills gaps.

  • Ensure compliance training aligns with regulations.

  • Monitor training effectiveness and adoption.

  • Partner with HR on employee development programs.

  • Research industry trends to update training content.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or Business.

  • 5+ years of L&D experience, ideally in financial services or tech.

  • Knowledge of fintech compliance and technical topics.

  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
