Key Responsibilities

- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts.

Qualifications Needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in customer success or account management, ideally in fintech.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze client data and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and fintech solutions preferred.
