Job Title: Customer Retention Officer

Job Description: This retention-focused customer-facing role serves Arabic-speaking clients across the company’s trading platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage retention of Arabic-speaking clients across FxPro’s trading platforms
  • Engage clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to prevent churn
  • Maintain accurate records of client accounts and interactions
  • Provide clients with guidance on improving trading performance and account engagement
  • Communicate effectively with clients on product features, account updates, and promotions
  • Collaborate with internal teams on client escalations and account recovery

Qualifications Needed:

  • Fluent in Arabic (native or near-native level); strong English communication skills
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role within fintech, forex, or financial services preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast-paced international environment
