Job Title: Fintech Compliance & Risk Manager – SAMA Regulated

Job Description: As a Fintech Compliance and Risk Manager for a SAMA-regulated fintech company in Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for leading compliance and risk management across a regulated digital payments or BNPL platform — stepping into a global fintech working environment with a competitive basic salary and applying financial services compliance expertise to a growing Saudi fintech with international operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance and risk management for a SAMA-regulated fintech company in Saudi Arabia
• Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, risk policies, and AML/CFT procedures for SAMA-licensed operations
• Apply financial services compliance expertise to a global fintech working environment
• Engage with SAMA and applicable Saudi regulatory bodies on compliance and licensing matters
• Oversee KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and STR/SAR filing for the Saudi regulated entity
• Conduct compliance monitoring and testing — producing reports for senior management and governance review
• Provide strategic compliance advisory to Product, Commercial, and Technology teams on regulatory requirements
• Monitor SAMA regulatory developments and global fintech compliance standards affecting Saudi operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Compliance and Risk Manager experience with SAMA-regulated fintech or financial services expertise
• Experience in a global fintech working environment — international fintech compliance preferred
• Deep knowledge of SAMA AML/CFT requirements and Saudi fintech licensing framework
• Strong AML/CFT programme management and regulatory engagement skills for Saudi financial entities
• CAMS or equivalent compliance qualification required
• Arabic language skills essential for SAMA and Saudi regulatory engagement
