We are seeking a Compliance Officer to oversee regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management for fintech operations. This role ensures legal and ethical adherence across products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce compliance with financial regulations, AML, and KYC standards.

• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.

• Develop and update compliance policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams.

• Train employees on compliance requirements.

• Report compliance metrics to senior leadership and regulators.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field.

• 3–7 years of compliance or regulatory experience, preferably in fintech.

• Knowledge of AML, KYC, GDPR, and financial regulations.

• Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills.

• Ability to implement compliance programs and manage audits effectively.
