Job Title: Financial Compliance Officer

Job Description: As a Financial Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will develop compliance policies and procedures, conduct audits, and provide guidance to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct compliance reviews, assessments, and audits to identify areas of non-compliance and potential risks.
• Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards, and assess their impact on the company’s operations and products.
• Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters and best practices.
• Collaborate with legal, risk management, and business teams to address compliance issues and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or similar certification preferred.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs role.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
