Job Title: FinTech Business Analyst – Embedded Finance & BNPL Products

Job Description: As a FinTech Business Analyst for Embedded Finance and BNPL Products at a GCC fintech organization, you will apply business analysis expertise to embedded finance and BNPL product delivery — conducting requirements gathering, process mapping, and product specification for embedded lending, BNPL checkout, and open finance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Apply business analysis expertise to embedded finance and BNPL product delivery for a GCC fintech
• Conduct requirements gathering, process mapping, and product specification for embedded lending solutions
• Document BNPL product workflows — checkout integration, merchant onboarding, and consumer credit flows
• Develop functional specifications for embedded finance API integrations and BNPL platform delivery
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Merchant Partner teams on BA delivery
• Support UAT activities and provide BA sign-off for embedded finance and BNPL feature releases
• Produce business analysis documentation and BNPL product governance reports for leadership review
• Monitor GCC and global embedded finance, BNPL, and open finance regulatory developments for advisory

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven FinTech Business Analyst experience with embedded finance, BNPL, or lending product background
• Strong requirements documentation, BNPL product workflow mapping, and API integration BA skills
• Deep understanding of GCC BNPL market dynamics, embedded lending, and open finance regulatory landscape
• Excellent BA communication, UAT leadership, and cross-functional fintech stakeholder management skills
• Banking or fintech domain expertise across lending, credit, or digital payment products preferred
• GCC fintech embedded finance or BNPL business analysis experience strongly preferred
