Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Business Analyst and Subject Matter Expert for the Payments Domain with 8+ years of experience, you will analyze and optimize payment processes — applying deep payments domain expertise across card schemes, settlement, clearing, and digital payment platform business analysis for a globally leading payments technology client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize payment processes across card schemes, settlement, clearing, and digital platforms
• Apply 8+ years of payments domain SME expertise to business analysis for payment technology clients
• Gather and document business requirements for payment processing, scheme integration, and digital wallet mandates
• Develop functional specifications and process flow documentation for payments domain transformation
• Bridge the gap between payments business requirements and engineering execution for platform delivery
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Payment Scheme teams on BA delivery
• Produce payments domain business analysis documentation and transformation project governance reporting
• Monitor global payments technology, regulation, and scheme developments for analytical advisory intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert in the Payments Domain — required
• Deep payments domain SME expertise — card schemes, settlement, clearing, and digital payments — required
• Proven Business Analyst experience with payment processing, scheme integration, and digital wallet background
• Strong requirements documentation, process flow mapping, and payment platform engineering alignment skills
• Excellent payments domain stakeholder management and executive communication for senior BA mandate
• GCC or global payments domain business analysis and SME experience strongly preferred
