Job Title: Senior Business Analyst, Public Sector

Job Description: As a Senior Business Analyst for the Public Sector at a globally established corporate finance and strategy consulting firm in Dubai, you will conceptualize and structure problems — performing numerical analysis under the supervision of Senior Consultants for public sector and government clients across the UAE and wider region.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and structure problems and perform numerical analysis under supervision of Senior Consultants
• Deliver public sector and government consulting analytics for UAE and regional clients
• Conduct structured analytical research, data analysis, and quantitative modelling for public sector mandates
• Produce structured analytical reports and presentation materials for senior consultant and client review
• Support Senior Consultants on public sector strategy, transformation, and operational advisory projects
• Participate in client data review, stakeholder workshops, and public sector engagement activities
• Complete FTI Consulting Senior Business Analyst development and professional training milestones
• Build a professional network within a globally established corporate finance and consulting firm’s Dubai operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Senior Business Analyst or junior consulting analyst experience in public sector or government advisory
• Strong analytical, numerical analysis, and structured problem-solving skills for consulting engagement
• Business, Economics, Engineering, or related degree preferred for public sector analytics consulting
• Excellent written and verbal communication for analytical reports and client presentation materials
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA public sector client and stakeholder engagement
• UAE public sector or government consulting business analysis experience preferred
