Job Title: Financial UX Researcher

Job Description: As a Financial UX Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting user research and usability testing to inform the design of financial products and services. You will collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research studies, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Analyze research findings and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate research insights into design solutions.
• Iterate and refine design concepts based on user feedback and testing results.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in UX research, usability testing, or human factors engineering role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
