We are seeking a Fintech UX Researcher to study user behavior, identify pain points, and provide actionable insights that enhance the design and usability of fintech products. This role combines research, analytics, and collaboration with product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyze data to identify trends, user needs, and opportunities.
• Create research reports, personas, and journey maps.
• Collaborate with product designers, managers, and engineers.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve user experience.
• Stay updated on UX trends, fintech solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for user-centered design across the organization.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Design, or related field.
• 3–6 years of UX research experience, preferably in fintech or tech.
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
• Proficiency with research and analysis tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or Dovetail.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
