Job Title: Financial Specialist

Job Description: As a Financial Specialist in the Finance Graduate Program at a globally established consumer goods company with significant financial operations in Dubai, you will apply fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience with advanced MS Office knowledge to real-world financial analysis and business partnering — building foundational corporate finance skills at one of the world’s most recognized consumer goods organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Apply fresh graduate or 0–2 years of experience with advanced MS Office knowledge to real-world finance work
• Support financial analysis, business performance reporting, and strategic financial planning activities
• Conduct variance analysis and business performance reviews — providing insights for leadership decisions
• Partner with Commercial, Operations, and Marketing teams on financial performance tracking and analysis
• Produce financial reports, management information, and analytical presentations for senior leadership review
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycle activities under structured mentoring
• Build foundational corporate finance skills through real-world business project exposure from day one
• Develop as a future finance leader through the structured Finance Graduate Program at a globally established company

Qualifications Needed:

• Fresh Graduate or maximum 0–2 years of experience — required for this Finance Graduate Program
• Advanced MS Office tools knowledge — required for financial analysis and reporting activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills for corporate finance team engagement
• Genuine ambition to build a finance career at a globally recognized consumer goods organization
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE business finance and stakeholder engagement
