Job Title: Financial Operations Consultant

Job Description: As a Financial Operations Consultant, you will support the financial and administrative operations of a MENA payments provider by reconciling internal systems, payment gateways, and bank records while strengthening controls and merchant financial reviews.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliations across internal systems, payment gateways, and banks
• Maintain accurate financial records and support compliance requirements
• Review captured sales against payment-gateway records to identify differences
• Investigate reconciliation breaks and support timely resolution
• Execute financial-control reviews for existing merchants
• Review newly onboarded merchants from a finance-control perspective
• Identify probable monetary issues before they affect operations
• Support scalable finance operations across Middle East payment activities

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in finance operations, reconciliation, accounting, or payments
• Ability to reconcile multiple transaction and settlement data sources
• Strong attention to accuracy in financial records and controls
• Understanding of payment gateways, banking records, and merchant operations
• Ability to deliver work accurately and on time
• Relevant degree preferred, although practical experience is also accepted
