Job Title: Finance Transactions Manager

Job Description: As a Finance Transactions Manager for an international travel and hospitality technology platform, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial transactions — managing payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, and financial control for a globally operating platform sourcing accommodation and destination services from travel suppliers across multiple markets.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial transactions for an international travel and hospitality technology platform
• Manage payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation across multiple international markets and supplier relationships
• Ensure accurate recording and financial control for all platform transactions across the full trade lifecycle
• Coordinate with suppliers, financial partners, and internal Finance teams on payment processing and financial management
• Prepare financial transaction reports and management accounts for senior finance leadership
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE financial regulations and international transaction reporting requirements
• Support month-end close and financial reporting processes with accurate transaction data and reconciliation
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payment efficiency and financial control quality

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Transactions Manager or senior finance operations experience in travel technology, fintech, or international payments
• Strong understanding of multi-currency payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation across international markets
• Experience managing financial transactions for a global platform with multiple supplier and partner relationships
• Excellent analytical and financial management skills for complex, high-volume transaction environments
• UAE financial regulatory compliance knowledge preferred
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
