Job Title: Finance Transactions Manager

Job Description: As a Finance Transactions Manager at a globally established travel technology and accommodation distribution company, you will manage finance transactions across a globally connected travel technology business that sources accommodation and destination services from travel suppliers — overseeing high-volume financial transaction management for a globally scaled travel technology and fintech-adjacent platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage finance transactions across a globally connected travel technology and accommodation distribution business
• Oversee high-volume financial transaction processing — payments, reconciliations, and settlement management
• Coordinate with banking partners on payment facilities, transaction processing, and banking operations
• Ensure accurate, timely financial transaction recording in line with IFRS and company financial policies
• Produce financial transaction reporting and management information for senior finance leadership
• Support month-end close activities — ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled
• Manage relationships with payment processors, banking partners, and supplier payment channels
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all financial transaction management activities

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Transactions Manager experience with high-volume payment and transaction management expertise
• Strong financial transaction processing, banking operations, and reconciliation management skills
• Experience managing payments and transaction finance for a globally operating technology company
• UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance experience required
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred
• UAE financial services or technology finance transactions experience preferred
