Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Description: As a Finance Manager for a UK and UAE compliant utilities and infrastructure company, you will apply 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles — as a hands-on finance professional with strong expertise in UK and UAE financial standards — managing the full finance function for a utilities and infrastructure organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 8–10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience to hands-on finance management
• Manage the full finance function for a UK and UAE compliant utilities and infrastructure organization
• Lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance across UK GAAP, IFRS, and UAE regulatory standards
• Manage banking relationships, treasury, and working capital for utilities infrastructure operations
• Ensure UK and UAE VAT, corporate tax, and regulatory financial compliance across all operations
• Produce monthly management accounts, financial reports, and Board-level presentations for leadership
• Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory bodies on financial compliance
• Lead and develop the finance team with accountability and continuous improvement culture

Qualifications Needed:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles — required
• Hands-on finance professional with strong expertise in UK and UAE financial standards — required
• Proven Finance Manager experience with UK and UAE compliant utilities or infrastructure background
• Strong UK GAAP, IFRS, and UAE VAT regulatory compliance expertise for finance mandate
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification required for Finance Manager mandate
• GCC or UK utilities, infrastructure, or energy sector Finance Manager experience strongly preferred
