Job Title: Finance Manager – Oil & Gas / Energy Sector, Project Cost Control

Job Description: As a Finance Manager for Oil and Gas and Energy at a UAE energy sector organization, you will apply 8+ years of experience in oil, gas, or energy finance — leading financial planning, project cost control, and banking facilities for a professionally managed UAE energy sector organization with significant infrastructure and capital project operations.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 8+ years of oil, gas, or energy finance experience to Finance Manager project cost control mandate
• Lead financial planning, project cost control, and banking facilities for UAE energy sector operations
• Oversee project cost monitoring, capital expenditure management, and variance analysis for energy projects
• Manage banking relationships, trade finance, and working capital for oil and gas operations
• Ensure UAE VAT, corporate tax, and energy sector regulatory compliance across all financial operations
• Produce consolidated project cost reports, management accounts, and Board-level presentations
• Lead and develop the finance team with accountability and professional excellence culture
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Procurement, and banking partners on energy project finance

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of experience in oil, gas, or energy finance — required for Finance Manager mandate
• Proven Finance Manager experience with energy sector project cost control and banking facilities
• Strong project cost management, CapEx oversight, and energy sector banking facility expertise
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification required
• Excellent team leadership and senior energy sector stakeholder management
• GCC oil, gas, or energy sector Finance Manager experience strongly preferred
