Job Title: Finance Executive – Marine Services, Accounting & Admin

Job Description: As a Finance Executive at a marine services company, you will support general administrative tasks related to the finance department — maintaining accurate accounting records and financial documentation for a professionally managed UAE marine and offshore services organization with fresh graduates also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Support general administrative tasks related to the finance department with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation for the marine services organization
• Process accounting transactions — AP/AR entries, expense claims, and bank reconciliations accurately
• Assist with invoice processing, payment documentation, and financial administration for marine operations
• Support month-end close activities under senior Finance team guidance and structured mentoring
• Ensure UAE VAT compliance across all marine services financial operations
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Marine teams on financial administration requirements
• Build foundational marine services industry finance skills through structured professional development

Qualifications Needed:
