Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Description: As a Finance Executive at a globally established construction technology and civil engineering solutions company, you will provide functional finance support to the Managing Director for MENA — performing ledger analysis and bank reconciliations for a globally recognized construction technology organization.

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional finance support to the Managing Director for MENA operations
• Perform ledger analysis and bank reconciliations for a globally established construction technology company
• Process accounting transactions — AP/AR entries, journal postings, and expense management accurately
• Support month-end close activities — ensuring accurate transaction recording and financial reconciliation
• Produce financial reports and management information for the Managing Director and senior Finance leadership
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across MENA financial operations
• Coordinate with Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams on MENA financial administration requirements
• Maintain accurate financial records for regulatory audit and management review

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance Executive experience with ledger analysis, bank reconciliation, and MD-level support background
• Strong ledger analysis, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting skills for MENA Finance Executive mandate
• UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance understanding for construction technology MENA operations
• Excellent organizational and accuracy skills for high-volume ledger and reconciliation management
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred or in progress
• GCC construction technology or engineering solutions finance executive experience strongly preferred
