Job Title: Finance Business Partner

Job Description: As a Finance Business Partner for Growth Expansion at a fintech or commerce platform, you will join a team that drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention — applying a background in finance or fintech to a high-growth fintech and commerce platform’s expansion finance mandate.

Responsibilities:

• Join a team driving expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention
• Apply a background in finance or fintech to a high-growth fintech commerce platform expansion finance mandate
• Develop and maintain financial models supporting new market entry and commercial expansion decisions
• Conduct financial analysis for market launches — feasibility, payback, and unit economics for new markets
• Partner with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams on expansion financial planning and performance
• Produce finance business partner reports and management information for senior expansion leadership
• Identify and implement financial process improvements for accelerating acquisition and growth efficiency
• Monitor GCC and international fintech commerce market developments for expansion financial intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• Background in finance or fintech — required for this growth expansion finance business partner mandate
• Proven Finance Business Partner experience with new market expansion and fintech/commerce background
• Strong financial modelling, market entry analysis, and unit economics for high-growth fintech expansion
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and senior commercial stakeholder communication for expansion finance
• ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred for finance business partner mandate
• GCC fintech or commerce platform expansion finance experience strongly preferred
