Job Title: Finance / Business Management Intern

Job Description: As a Finance and Business Management Intern within a Brightstar Programme for UAE Nationals, you will support the delivery of strategy consulting and advisory services — gaining structured exposure to financial analysis, business management, and strategic advisory through a carefully designed part-time programme that develops UAE national talent in professional services.

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of strategy consulting and advisory services as part of a structured UAE Nationals Brightstar programme
• Assist with financial analysis, data gathering, and business management reporting for consulting engagements
• Contribute to strategic advisory deliverables — developing analytical and consulting skills through structured mentoring
• Build professional skills across financial analysis, business management, and stakeholder communication
• Participate in programme learning activities, training sessions, and professional development workshops
• Produce structured analytical outputs under the supervision of senior strategy and advisory professionals
• Gain practical experience in financial modelling, business case development, and strategic analysis
• Continuously develop consulting and finance skills through real client project work and structured programme activities

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Brightstar Programme internship
• Currently enrolled in a Finance, Business Management, Economics, or related degree programme
• Part-time availability for the Brightstar programme schedule
• Genuine interest in finance, strategy consulting, and professional services careers
• Strong analytical and communication skills for programme participation and analytical output delivery
