Job Title: Finance & Accounts Manager

Job Description: As a Finance and Accounts Manager at a company based in Fujairah, UAE, you will apply comprehensive finance and accounting management expertise to a senior financial leadership role — overseeing all financial operations, banking relationships, and accounting functions for a UAE organization operating from the east coast emirate of Fujairah.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, banking relationships, and accounting functions for a UAE Fujairah-based organization
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation activities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the organization’s Fujairah operations
• Coordinate with UAE banks on banking facilities, account management, and banking correspondence
• Ensure UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance across all financial operations
• Produce monthly management accounts, financial reports, and analytical presentations for leadership
• Support external audit preparation and regulatory financial compliance requirements
• Manage and develop the finance and accounts team to achieve operational excellence

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Finance and Accounts Manager experience in UAE with Fujairah or UAE east coast market exposure preferred
• Strong accounting operations, banking relationship management, and financial reporting skills
• UAE VAT and corporate tax compliance expertise required
• ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills for finance team and banking partner engagement
• Arabic language skills preferred for Fujairah UAE east coast banking and regulatory engagement
