Role Mandate & Strategic Vision
This role is designed for an executive-level fintech strategist responsible for shaping cross-border financial connectivity and international transaction ecosystems. The position views cross-border fintech not as a standalone function, but as a core enabler of global financial integration.
Operating remotely while aligned to Dubai’s position as a global financial crossroads, the Executive Director will define how international payments, connectivity frameworks, and transaction coordination models are architected, governed, and scaled.
Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute cross-border fintech strategies addressing international payments, connectivity models, and transaction interoperability.
- Architect frameworks for multi-currency transaction flows, routing logic, and settlement coordination.
- Establish governance standards for cross-border transaction integrity, transparency, and operational predictability.
- Design operating models addressing time-zone fragmentation, liquidity coordination, and transaction sequencing.
- Translate complex international payment structures into clear executive decision frameworks.
- Lead globally distributed strategy, architecture, and operational teams in a remote-first environment.
- Develop long-term roadmaps for scalable and resilient international fintech infrastructure.
Executive Profile
- 18–25 years of experience in cross-border fintech, international payments, or global financial systems.
- Deep understanding of international transaction flows, payment coordination models, and system interoperability.
- Strong institutional mindset with the ability to operate across jurisdictions and regulatory environments.
- Proven leadership in complex, globally distributed operating models.
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive judgment.
Compensation & Engagement
- Annual Compensation: AED 950,000 – 1,500,000 (tax-free)
