Job Title: Executive Director – Relationship Manager, Wealth Management

Job Description: As an Executive Director and Relationship Manager in Wealth Management at a globally established bank with 160+ years of MENA presence, you will be a leading wealth manager across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East — applying deep local presence, client networks, and experience to serve the most demanding HNW and UHNW clients in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a leading wealth manager across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East with deep local presence and client networks
• Build and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW wealth management clients across Dubai and wider MENA
• Deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions across investments, credit, wealth structuring, and alternative assets
• Apply local language skills, deep client networks, and regional experience to client acquisition and retention
• Conduct client financial planning reviews — developing tailored wealth strategies for HNW and UHNW portfolios
• Ensure all wealth management activities comply with UAE banking regulations and investment suitability requirements
• Represent the bank at UAE and MENA HNW wealth management forums, client events, and investment conferences
• Achieve Executive Director-level AUM growth, revenue, and client acquisition targets

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant Executive Director or Managing Director-level wealth management relationship management experience
• Deep local presence and client networks in UAE and MENA HNW and UHNW wealth community — required
• Local language skills — Arabic strongly preferred for UAE and MENA client and regulatory engagement
• Deep expertise in wealth management products across investments, credit, and alternative assets
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent wealth management qualification preferred
• UAE or MENA private banking and wealth management experience required
