Job Description: As a Director, you will take a senior leadership role for a global CFD trading platform’s Bahrain entity, driving strategy, operations, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Bahrain entity, driving strategy, operations, and business growth.
• Develop and execute business plans aligned with group objectives and local market dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a local team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

Qualifications Needed:

• 12+ years of senior leadership experience in CFD, Forex, or financial services.
• Deep understanding of Bahraini regulations and the GCC trading market.
• Proven track record of leading business units and driving growth.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
