Job Title: DevOps Engineer – Banking Industry

Job Description: As a DevOps Engineer for the banking industry at a fintech and banking technology company in Abu Dhabi, you will build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks supporting a regulated banking platform — applying DevOps engineering expertise to a UAE banking technology environment aligned with Central Bank of UAE and UAE cybersecurity regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation frameworks for a banking technology platform
• Apply DevOps engineering expertise to a regulated UAE banking technology environment
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure — container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, and platform automation
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks for production banking technology systems
• Ensure DevOps practices align with CBUAE regulatory requirements and UAE cybersecurity standards
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams on platform resilience and regulatory compliance
• Drive operational excellence through automation and DevOps best practices for regulated banking technology
• Monitor cloud and DevOps technology developments and apply best practices to banking platform operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven DevOps Engineer experience with banking industry or regulated financial services technology expertise
• Strong cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline, and container orchestration skills for banking platforms
• Understanding of UAE banking technology regulatory requirements and cybersecurity standards
• Relevant cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) or Kubernetes qualification preferred
• Excellent collaborative and technical communication skills for banking technology team delivery
• UAE banking technology or fintech DevOps experience preferred
