Job Title: DevOps & DevSecOps Engineer – GCP / FinTech

Job Description: As a DevOps and DevSecOps Engineer specializing in Google Cloud Platform for the FinTech sector in Saudi Arabia, you will ensure optimal system performance and security compliance — applying a robust understanding of cloud architecture and security compliance to a mission-critical GCP-based fintech infrastructure role. You will architect and manage cloud infrastructure while implementing best practices for cloud operations in a regulated Saudi fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal system performance and security compliance across GCP-based fintech infrastructure in Saudi Arabia
• Apply robust understanding of cloud architecture and security compliance to DevOps and DevSecOps operations
• Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP — implementing best practices for cloud operations in regulated fintech
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and container orchestration for fintech platform deployments
• Design and enforce DevSecOps frameworks aligned with Saudi NCA cybersecurity standards and SAMA requirements
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms for production fintech system reliability
• Drive operational excellence through automation, GCP platform management, and security-first DevOps practices
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams on platform resilience and regulatory compliance

Qualifications Needed:

• Robust understanding of cloud architecture and security compliance for GCP-based fintech infrastructure — required
• Extensive experience in architecting and managing cloud infrastructure with GCP specialism
• Strong DevSecOps expertise with NCA framework, Zero Trust architecture, and AppSec understanding
• Experience in regulated Saudi fintech or financial services cloud environments preferred
• Relevant GCP, Kubernetes, or cloud security certifications preferred
• Understanding of SAMA cloud regulatory requirements for financial services technology deployment in Saudi Arabia
