Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Job Description: The DevOps Engineer will own cloud infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipeline management, monitoring and observability frameworks, and operational reliability — enabling HALA’s engineering teams to ship and operate software safely and efficiently at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent) across AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, safe, and reliable software deployment across all HALA products
• Implement and operate monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or equivalent)
• Manage container orchestration using Kubernetes — including cluster management, scaling, and reliability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle
• Drive platform reliability improvements including incident response, post-incident reviews, and reliability engineering
• Implement and maintain security controls across infrastructure including secrets management, network security, and access control
• Document infrastructure, runbooks, and operational procedures

Qualifications Needed:

• 3–5 years of DevOps, SRE, or cloud engineering experience in a production environment
• Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration in production
• Proficiency with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent)
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar
• Experience with monitoring and observability platforms
• Understanding of security best practices for cloud infrastructure
