Job Title: Customer Support Agent – Islamic Fintech

Job Description: Serve as the primary point of contact for Wahed clients in the UAE. Ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction for a global Islamic fintech investment platform operating in Sharjah.

Responsibilities:*

  • Ensure all clients receive timely support and proactively identify opportunities to grow client relationships
  • Handle inbound queries related to Wahed’s Islamic investment products and digital platform
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with compliance, operations, and product teams on client-related matters
  • Support onboarding of new clients and guide them through the Wahed platform experience
  • Maintain professional standards aligned with Islamic finance principles in all client interactions

Qualifications Needed:

  • Prior experience in customer service or client support within financial services or fintech preferred
  • Familiarity with Islamic finance principles and halal investment products is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
