Job Title: Customer Success Associate – Debt Platform

Job Description: As a Customer Success Associate at a globally established B2B debt management and credit solutions platform in Dubai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring institutional clients achieve their desired outcomes — managing onboarding, platform adoption, and ongoing client success for a fintech debt platform serving financial institutions, NBFCs, and corporate clients across the UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure institutional clients achieve their desired outcomes from the debt management and credit platform
• Manage client onboarding — guiding institutions through platform setup, data integration, and adoption
• Conduct regular client health checks and business reviews — identifying expansion and renewal opportunities
• Coordinate with Product, Technical, and Operations teams on client issue resolution and feature requests
• Monitor client success metrics — NPS, platform adoption, retention, and expansion rate
• Develop client success playbooks and best practices for institutional debt platform clients
• Produce client success reporting and strategic recommendations for commercial leadership
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with financial institution and corporate debt management clients

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Customer Success Associate experience within a fintech, SaaS, or debt management platform
• Strong client onboarding, platform adoption, and institutional relationship management skills
• Understanding of debt management, credit operations, or financial institution technology platforms
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for institutional client success management
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and GCC institutional client engagement
