Job Title: Customer Service Specialist – Crypto / Virtual Assets

Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist at a VARA-regulated virtual assets company, customer service is a core operational and risk control function. This role requires individuals who can operate with speed, precision, and sound judgment in a high-stakes environment where customer experience, financial transactions, and regulatory expectations intersect — serving clients of a regulated crypto and virtual asset firm operating under UAE regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate with speed, precision, and sound judgment in a high-stakes customer service environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service for clients of a regulated virtual assets and crypto trading firm
  • Process financial transactions and customer requests accurately within regulatory compliance standards
  • Manage customer queries across onboarding, trading operations, account management, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with Compliance, Trading, and Operations teams on customer issue escalation and resolution
  • Maintain accurate customer service records and CRM data for regulatory audit readiness
  • Ensure all customer interactions comply with VARA regulations and UAE virtual asset service standards
  • Monitor customer service quality and proactively identify process improvement opportunities

Qualifications Needed:

  • Previous experience in a fintech or trading firm under UAE regulations — required
  • Understanding of risk management and compliance requirements in the UAE fintech sector
  • Strong customer service, precision, and sound judgment in high-stakes transactional environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic for UAE crypto client engagement
  • Understanding of VARA regulations and UAE virtual asset customer service standards
