Job Title: Customer Experience / Technical Support Specialist

Job Description: Looking for a Customer Experience and Technical Support Specialist in Dubai. The role provides high-quality customer service and technical support for Fresha’s SaaS and embedded payments platform used by beauty and wellness businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer experience and technical support for Fresha’s SaaS and embedded payments platform
  • Handle inbound customer queries across live chat, email, and phone — resolving account, payment, and platform issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by beauty and wellness businesses using Fresha’s platform
  • Escalate complex technical or payment issues to the appropriate engineering or payments operations teams
  • Guide new merchants and business clients through Fresha’s platform features, payment setup, and subscription management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues in Fresha’s support management system
  • Contribute to knowledge base and FAQ documentation improvements based on common customer queries
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to identify recurring technical issues and product improvement opportunities

Qualifications Needed:

  • Experience in customer experience, technical support, or SaaS customer success — ideally within a fintech, payments, or technology platform
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to diagnose and resolve SaaS and payment platform issues
  • Excellent communication skills with professional, empathetic approach to customer problem resolution
  • Understanding of embedded payments, subscription billing, or POS technology is advantageous
  • Proficiency with customer support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, or equivalent)
  • Strong Arabic and English communication skills preferred for UAE market support
