Job Title: Customer Experience Senior Manager – Priority Banking

Job Description: As a Customer Experience Senior Manager for Priority Banking at a leading UAE Islamic banking institution, you will lead the customer experience strategy and operations for the Priority Banking segment — applying senior leadership expertise to drive exceptional service, NPS improvement, and customer satisfaction for a UAE Nationals Only senior management role.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer experience strategy and operations for the Priority Banking segment at a UAE Islamic bank
  • Drive exceptional service, NPS improvement, and customer satisfaction across Priority Banking touchpoints
  • Lead and develop the Priority Banking customer experience team — setting standards and driving excellence
  • Identify opportunities to improve Priority Banking processes, systems, and customer journeys for better outcomes
  • Coordinate with Product, Digital, and Operations teams on Priority Banking platform and service improvements
  • Monitor Priority Banking customer experience metrics — NPS, satisfaction, complaint resolution, and mystery shopping
  • Produce customer experience performance reporting and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
  • Drive digital banking adoption and automation initiatives across Priority Banking customer experience

Qualifications Needed:

  • UAE National (Emirati) — required for this UAE Nationals Only Customer Experience Senior Manager role
  • Proven Senior Manager-level customer experience leadership within UAE Islamic or conventional banking
  • Strong track record driving NPS improvement and customer satisfaction across Priority Banking segments
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and digital banking customer experience strategy skills
  • Arabic language skills essential for UAE National Priority Banking customer engagement leadership
  • UAE banking customer experience management experience strongly preferred
