Job Title: Compliance Officer & MLRO

Job Description: As a Compliance Officer and MLRO, you will own the compliance framework, AML/CTF, and regulatory reporting for a listed CFD provider’s Dubai entity, ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Own the compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Act as the MLRO, managing AML/CTF reporting and regulatory relationships.
• Manage regulatory filings, reporting, and examinations with UAE authorities.
• Provide compliance training and advisory support to internal teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of compliance experience in CFD, forex, or financial services, with 3+ years as MLRO.
• Deep knowledge of UAE AML/CTF regulations and listed company compliance.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CGSS) preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
