Job Title: Compliance Officer – Banking & Financial Sector

Job Description: As a Compliance Officer in the banking and financial sector, you will implement and monitor compliance policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to local and international regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enforce compliance policies, procedures, and controls for banking and insurance operations.
• Conduct periodic compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits.
• Manage regulatory reporting, filings, and correspondence with relevant authorities.
• Provide compliance advisory and training to business units and staff.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of compliance experience in banking, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations, AML/CFT rules, and corporate governance.
• Experience with compliance management systems and reporting tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus; compliance certifications preferred.
