Job Title: Compliance Officer

Job Description: As a Compliance Officer at a fintech or digital assets company operating in regulated financial environments, you will apply experience in fintech, digital assets, stablecoins, or regulated financial environments — developing and overseeing the full compliance function for a regulated GCC digital finance organization.

Responsibilities:

• Apply experience in fintech, digital assets, stablecoins, or regulated financial environments to compliance
• Develop and oversee the full compliance function for a regulated GCC digital finance organization
• Implement and maintain AML/CFT policies, KYC procedures, and regulatory monitoring for digital assets
• Oversee transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and financial crime operations
• Engage with VARA, CBUAE, and applicable regulators on compliance, licensing, and reporting
• Produce compliance performance reports and management information for senior leadership review
• Provide regulatory advisory to Product, Technology, and Commercial teams on compliance requirements
• Monitor UAE and global digital asset and stablecoin regulatory developments affecting compliance

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in fintech, digital assets, stablecoins, or regulated financial environments — required
• Proven Compliance Officer experience with digital asset or stablecoin regulatory background
• Deep knowledge of VARA, CBUAE AML/CFT frameworks, and digital finance compliance standards
• Strong AML programme design, KYC oversight, and regulatory engagement expertise
• CAMS or equivalent AML qualification required
• GCC fintech, digital assets, or stablecoin compliance officer experience strongly preferred
