Job Title: Compliance Analyst

Job Description: The Compliance Analyst will support the Dubai compliance team with monitoring, testing, regulatory reporting, and AML/KYC processes — ensuring Finalto’s Dubai operations remain compliant with DFSA requirements and applicable UAE laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and testing to identify potential regulatory breaches or control weaknesses
• Support preparation of regulatory submissions, compliance returns, and DFSA reporting obligations
• Perform KYC/AML reviews for new clients and ongoing due diligence for existing institutional and professional clients
• Monitor and investigate transaction alerts for suspicious activity and support SAR/STR preparation
• Assist with the maintenance and review of compliance policies, procedures, and risk registers
• Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to business teams on DFSA rules and internal policies
• Monitor regulatory developments from the DFSA and other relevant regulators
• Support internal and external audit activities with compliance documentation and evidence

Qualifications Needed:

• 2–4 years of compliance experience within a DFSA-regulated or comparable financial services environment
• Understanding of DFSA Conduct of Business Rules and AML requirements
• Experience with KYC/AML client onboarding reviews and transaction monitoring
• ICA, ACAMS, CISI, or equivalent compliance qualification is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial markets preferred
