Job Title: Commercial & Investment Bank – Global Corporate Banking Analyst

Job Description: As a Global Corporate Banking Analyst on the 2026 Commercial and Investment Bank Off-Cycle Internship programme, you will gain hands-on exposure to corporate banking relationship management, credit analysis, and transaction execution at a globally leading financial institution. You will work alongside experienced corporate bankers — supporting live client mandates, financial analysis, and deal execution from the institution’s Dubai hub.

Responsibilities:

• Gain hands-on exposure to global corporate banking relationship management, credit analysis, and transaction execution
• Support senior corporate bankers on live client mandates including credit facilities, trade finance, and treasury transactions
• Conduct financial modelling, credit analysis, and due diligence to support corporate banking deal teams
• Prepare client materials, pitch books, and transaction documentation under the guidance of senior bankers
• Develop knowledge of corporate banking products including syndicated loans, bilateral credit, trade finance, and cash management
• Build understanding of how globally established banks serve their most significant corporate and institutional clients
• Participate in client meetings, deal calls, and credit approval processes as a junior team member
• Complete structured training and development activities throughout the January–June 2026 programme

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Finance, Economics, Business, or related degree programme
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with genuine interest in corporate and investment banking
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing banking deliverables
• Proactive, team-oriented approach to banking deal work in a high-expectation environment
• Applications for 2026 January–June cohort accepted; future cohort applications also welcomed
